Job summary

RISETECH EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from definition through execution. You will define goals, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met while communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Strong hands-on PM experience, PMP certification, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems are expected. Shift work incl. nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in project management.
• Excellent customer contact and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools.
• PM certification (PMP) and related degree are preferred.
• Experience with project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Definition of project goals, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
• Define resource requirements and manage availability and allocation.
• Outline the budget and track project costs.
• Create a detailed project plan with milestones and activities.
• Manage project execution according to the plan.
• Track progress and report status to teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt to changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate client communications and manage relationships.
