Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes monitoring costs, budgets, quality and progress, while ensuring regulatory submissions and documentation are completed and project teams are led effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognised by PE Board Singapore or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in building, construction and A&A works.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to manage project teams effectively.
• Certification in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to completion, including operations, administration, tenders and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, quality standards and construction progress.
• Ensure regulatory submissions, clearances and documentation are completed.
• Lead project teams, manage risks and resolve construction issues.
• Support the Project Director on project management activities.
