Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking a Project Controller to manage project cost control, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You will collaborate with Ops leaders and PMs to monitor cost baselines, publish data-driven dashboards, and drive efficiency across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in project finance or cost control, strong Excel skills, and proven communication in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in project finance or cost control.
• Interest in forecasting, estimation and revenue recognition policies.
• Strong business partnership and results delivery in a matrix environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; able to analyze data and produce dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, forecast, and report project costs against baseline costs and schedules.
• Drive project profitability and key performance metrics with Ops leaders and PMs.
• Publish SEA dashboards highlighting trends to support decisions on growth and cost optimization.
• Submit timely reports (Bowler Tracker, Project Summary, dashboards) and assist month-end closing.
• Review in-country processes to identify gaps and standardize workflows.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
