Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Controller to join our SEA operations. You will analyze and forecast project costs, manage P&L metrics, and partner with Ops leaders to optimize profitability.

You will develop data dashboards, provide timely reports, and help standardize processes across in-country teams. A bachelor degree and 5+ years of experience are expected, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Strong interest in project finance, forecasting, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies
• Strong business partnership & delivery of results in a matrix environment
• Computer proficient and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Proven communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive project profitability and other performance metrics, work closely with Ops leader / PM on P&L rolling forecast, billing, identify R&Os, etc.
• Establish / Publish SEA Dashboard with data analysis which highlights key trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization
• Timely and accurate routine report submission (e.g., Bowler Tracker, Project Summary Review and Dashboard, bridge analysis, etc.) and month end closing activities.
• Review of current in-country processes to identify gaps and work on standardizing and simplifying the process.
• Other ad-hoc tasks / special projects.
