Johnson Controls in Singapore is seeking a Project Controller to manage project cost control, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You will collaborate with Ops leaders and PMs to monitor cost baselines, publish data-driven dashboards, and drive efficiency across the project lifecycle.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in project finance or cost control, strong Excel skills, and proven communication in a matrix environment.

As Project Controller, you will be responsible for project control, routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the project cost against the baseline cost schedule and assessing the impacts/opportunities. Drive project profitability and other performance metrics, work closely with Ops leader / PM on P&L rolling forecast, billing, identify R&Os, etc. Establish / Publish SEA Dashboard with data analysis which highlights key trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization Timely and accurate routine report submission (e.g., Bowler Tracker, Project Summary Review and Dashboard, bridge analysis, etc.) and month end closing activities. Review of current in-country processes to identify gaps and work on standardizing and simplifying the process. Other ad-hoc tasks / special projects.
Partner with Project Operations stakeholders to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule. Partners with Project Operations stakeholders assist project processes from proposal through project execution cycle to optimize schedule, scope and cost to maximize customer success and profitability. Work with Project Operations stakeholders to implement project costing and review processes that enable vertical and integrated solution growth strategies to achieve profit goals. Review of current in-country processes to identify gaps and work on standardizing and simplifying the process. Work with Project Operations stakeholders to facilitate key metric and projects reviews monthly and update the information related to project costing and review process.
