Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Project Executive/Analyst (Business Analytics) in Singapore. You will provide administrative, data, and functional support throughout the system implementation lifecycle and assist the Project Lead in tracking timelines and project execution.

The role requires familiarity with MS Office and data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, and Python, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SQL and Python is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, data, and functional support throughout system implementation lifecycle.
• Assist Project Lead in tracking timelines, project execution, and maintaining master data documentation.
• Assist in gathering user requirements and system specifications.
• Support in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Provide admin support for project-related tasks and track progress of deliverables.
