Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Strategic Program Manager Office (SPMO) professional to oversee programs across categories like infrastructure, people, technology, and manufacturing efficiency.

You will partner with site leadership to develop a roadmap and manage scope, time, and cost while driving AI-enabled improvements. You will work with diverse teams to prioritize value, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of initiatives, while aligning with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Finance.
Experience in Frontend/Backend Operations, Business Analyst, Management, Finance or Program and Project Management.
Strong business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI.
Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills.
Proven ability to partner with other groups and build strong peer relationships.
Specific expertise in Fab, Facilities, Procurement or Finance.
Able to perform risk analysis for projects to ensure quality.
Provide consulting, resources, and data on service contracts to enable benchmark structures.
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across levels.
Growth mindset with continuous learning.
Internship or experience in semiconductor industry encouraged.
Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact desirable.
Interest in semiconductor industry and Micron.
Ability to apply AI literacy for research, analysis, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Represent Fab10 on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend Operations network.
Ensure site centric projects and activities are shared with the SPMO network through aligned platform and infrastructure.
Ensure network activities that are valuable to your site are implemented.
Lead programs and projects to align with schedule, cost, and scope.
Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record achievements.
Provide program & project performance updates across functional groups.
Communicate with key partners to request feedback and maintain relationships.
Lead and control program changes including scope and policies.
Identify project risks and evaluate solutions with project teams.
Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
