Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Strategic Program Manager to oversee strategic programs and projects related to manufacturing efficiency, technology, and competitiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Finance and strong project management skills.

The successful candidate will develop a roadmap for achieving superior performance and will work with various stakeholders to prioritize business values of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance disciplines.
• Experience in Program and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI.
• Demonstrated leadership and impactful track record.
• Interest in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and projects across business categories.
• Develop a roadmap for achieving Best-In-Class performance.
• Lead and ensure program/project performance to schedule and scope.
• Communicate with key partners and maintain relationships.
