Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PMO is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on aligning OCT and network objectives with company goals, driving program execution, and mentoring global project managers.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in project management within semiconductors or manufacturing, plus AI-enabled PM experience and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 1+ year of progressive project/program management experience in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience leading strategy and transformation initiatives with measurable results.
• Proficient in AI-assisted project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of OCT and network objectives and align with Micron's goals.
• Drive program execution using standardized methods and metrics.
• Recruit SMEs and team members to support portfolio processes.
• Establish accountability through clear communication and disciplined PM.
• Lead cross-functional global initiatives supporting OCT and company objectives.
• Coordinate with fabs, PMO and central teams on systems and processes.
• Mentor global project managers and continuously improve methodologies.
• Apply AI-enabled methods in WBS, risk, and communication.
