Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future, empowering people and businesses across Singtel Group. This role supports the Group CTO Office with network cost leadership, programme oversight and regional collaboration, contributing to measurable synergies and business outcomes.

You will work with teams across RAN, Core, Transport and Fixed Broadband domains, driving benchmarking, cost analysis and technology alignment to optimize investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom, network tech, or programme management.
• Deep knowledge of RAN, Core, Transport, and Fixed Broadband.
• Experience in technical and commercial RFP/tender evaluations.
• Strong analytical, benchmarking and cost modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support network cost leadership through benchmarking, cost analysis and inputs for procurement.
• Assist in RFPs, tenders, contract renewals and annual price reviews.
• Coordinate regional collaboration and technology synergy meetings across Singtel Group & Associates.
• Maintain GTN portfolio status and track programme progress for GCTO reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors, operators, and technology partners to identify new capabilities.
