Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Program Manager to oversee ongoing programs and new projects from initiation to customer fulfillment. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes while meeting customer expectations.

You will establish strategic customer relationships, coordinate shipments, manage risk, and monitor progress with data-driven reports, aiming for on-time delivery and optimized inventory in a demanding semiconductor context.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of program management and planning experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; multitask under pressure.
• PMP certification is a plus; familiarity with reporting tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand needs.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments and scorecards.
• Work with teams to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.
• Review demand forecasts, conduct risk assessments and resolve constraints.
• Monitor program activities and compile management reports on progress.
• Manage backlog and prioritize customer needs; identify new business opportunities.
• Allocate resources to ensure seamless operations and successful execution.
• Analyze data and prepare insights and recommendations for management.
• Undertake other program or project management tasks as assigned.
