Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs deploying manufacturing capabilities across global sites. You will drive NPI, volume readiness, and operational execution with focus on system integration, orbital welding, and electropolish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of technical program management in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI and product development with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including system integration, test, welding, and surface treatment.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and global operations.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and Gantt chart development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for capability deployment including NPI and product development initiatives.
• Ensure volume readiness with capacity modeling, equipment readiness, staffing, and process maturity.
• Oversee installation and integration of systems such as orbital welding, electropolish, and test infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Perform 5M&E analyses to ensure site readiness and process stability.
• Develop and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, and resource plans.
• Build and present business cases with cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Define operational scope, process flows, and equipment requirements.
• Develop scalable execution strategies with risk mitigation and change management.
• Prepare executive dashboards and summaries for senior leadership.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, regulatory and quality standards.
