ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner to manage planning for new and existing products, coordinating with manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.

You will conduct daily planning, review material shortages, resolve bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements using Excel, Power BI, and VB. Relevant semiconductor/manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or production planning, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing industries.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
Thrives under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of VB and Power BI tools is an added advantage.
Open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily production planning and provide updates on statuses.
Review daily material shortages and expedite buyers to meet demand.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service for smooth operations.
Identify and resolve conflicts related to materials, capacity, and order promises.
Review MRP execution to ensure data accuracy.
Reconcile supply and demand to maintain accurate production schedules.
Approve and review ECOs for materials impact.
Update Bills of Materials and adjust production schedules accordingly.
Prepare reports on production performance and bottlenecks.
Use data analysis to drive informed decisions and process improvements.
