Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Master Scheduler to coordinate production control, inventory control, process control, and MRP.

You will plan actual production dates, raise Master Production Schedules (MPS), and manage order demands as a liaison between customer service and the plant. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Engineering, strong IT systems knowledge with Advanced Excel skills, and 2–3 years of related experience in manufacturing

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Engineering.
Strong IT systems knowledge and Advanced Excel skills.
Team player with collaborative mindset.
Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience in Manufacturing planning and production planning.

Responsibilities

Plan actual production dates based on customer schedule and raise Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Follow up material status to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage order demands and coordinate between customer service and plant regarding all order issues.
Follow up on outstanding shipment issues.
Update and feedback the daily schedule for past-due orders.
Liaise with material planner for material availability.
Liaise with Plant Production Control and supervisors to expedite shipments.
Compile weekly OTD lateness reason report.
