Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Engineer to lead manufacturing planning activities for complex equipment builds in Singapore. You will establish MPS, coordinate S&OP alignment with production schedules, and ensure material readiness for on-time customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or supply chain planning.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Establish Master Production Schedule (MPS) and align with S&OP and customer delivery.
• Coordinate workflow orchestration and tactical scheduling.
• Conduct material readiness and pre-flight validation.
• Analyze BOMs and plant capacity to define routings for complex equipment builds.
• Manage ECO execution and phase-in/phase-out of parts.
• Expedite critical path operations and manage schedule variance.
• Generate management reports and track KPIs (PVA, schedule attainment).
