Job summary

Forefront Medical Investment Pte Ltd seeks a Production Planner to manage manufacturing planning and supervise a store in Singapore. You will coordinate resources, analyze capacity, and update forecasts, schedules, WIP, shipments and cost plans.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in medical device contract manufacturing, plus strong Excel and SAP skills, and knowledge of MDD/ISO 13485 or FDA design controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required with 1–2 years in medical device contract manufacturing.
• Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), plan development, resource deployment and delivery.
• Advanced MS Excel and SAP proficiency.
• Familiarity with MDD, ISO 13485, FDA design controls or similar regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan manufacturing activities.
• Analyse manufacturing capacity and plan production schedule.
• Coordinate with departments to acquire manufacturing resources.
• Manage open work orders; chair meetings to update forecasts, schedules, WIP, shipments and cost plans.
• Verify BOMs, materials, products and processes meet standards.
• Manage inventory level according to forecasts, releases and delivery plans.
• Supervise a store and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics and shipments team on arrangements.
• Prepare management reports.
• Participate in efficiency improvement plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
