Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Planning Assistant to partner with the Site Planner and meet customer and business requirements within the tactical planning horizon. You will plan production against capacity constraints and coordinate execution across GSC, Central Planning, Site Management, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

You will use MAM/SAP/Tableau to drive planning accuracy and efficiency, contribute to continuous improvement, and support NPI/engineering kitting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or relevant.
• Hands-on planning experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and plan production against capacity to meet customer schedules.
• Coordinate with GSC, Central Planning, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Identify risks, track misses, and implement recovery plans.
• Utilize SAP/MAM and Tableau for planning visibility and accuracy.
• Support AI-enabled improvements in planning processes.
