Qualifications

• 2-5 years wafer fab planning experience.
• Experience supervising a team of 20 personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical planning skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
• Experience driving manufacturing operations improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MFG planning to meet daily and monthly goals.
• Establish production plans from sales plan.
• Direct planning section to meet planning indices.
• Collaborate with Production Control and Capacity Planning to meet delivery goals.
• Set scheduling rules for optimal capacity utilization.
• Drive production cycle time improvements and efficiency.
• Mentor and train Manufacturing Engineers.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead improvement programs in manufacturing planning.
