STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinating with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.

You will monitor performance, plan schedules, liaise with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse, and maintain ISO 9001 documentation while prioritising safety and efficiency. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing with at least 2 years of experience; SAP/SAGE knowledge and advanced

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or SAGE system is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and related documentation.
• Good production planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to perform paid overtime on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery and materials to meet production targets.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse departments to coordinate daily operations.
• Work closely with internal teams and overseas counterparts to ensure timely production support and material availability.
• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, work instructions and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Monitor daily production progress, resolve operational issues and minimize production delays.
• Plan and assign the mobile packing team to provide daily on-site packing support.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping standards and proper equipment usage.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency.
