Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
At least 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience in aerospace.
Independent, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support workshop operations, ensuring compliance with policies.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure spare parts, consumables, materials, and services at competitive pricing.
Review supplier quotations, assess pricing competitiveness, and recommend optimal purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with Suppliers, Logistics, and Planning to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
Maintain databases for materials, vendors, pricing, and expenditures to support planning and reporting.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and expand the vendor base.
Monitor supplier performance in delivery, reliability, and product quality.
Participate in internal reviews, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement programs.
