Job summary

RTX is seeking a Strategy Specialist (Procurement) in Singapore to develop and implement strategies that optimize cost, quality and supplier performance. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Legal, and other teams to drive strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.

You will lead sourcing activities, negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of procurement or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans and procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, RFx activities, tender exercises and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, LTAs and other contracts.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering and demand consolidation.
• Assess supplier and supply chain risk to ensure business continuity.
