Job summary

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and drive procurement strategy while maintaining budgets and records. This role requires strong negotiation, organisation, and proficiency with cloud procurement systems and AI-enabled analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for hospitality or F&B operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Centralise procurement across hotels and Gabriel Restaurant.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts.
• Maintain approved supplier database.
• Coordinate purchase orders and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Hotel Operations.
• Utilise AI for quotation comparison and spend analysis.
• Prepare monthly procurement savings reports.
• Ensure three-way matching of PO, delivery, and invoice.
