Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore seeks an experienced Procurement Lead to drive strategic sourcing and project procurement for the Seletar Relocation and other RTX/Collins initiatives. You will partner with PMT, Operations, Engineering and Finance to ensure early procurement strategies and strong supplier governance.

The role emphasizes leadership of the Indirect (Non-Product) Procurement team, cost optimization, and risk mitigation within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Procurement or Supply Chain with leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies for Seletar Relocation and major RTX/Collins projects.
• Coordinate with PMT, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal to align procurement requirements.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and cost optimization across Singapore Operations.
• Coach Indirect (Non-Product) Procurement team and ensure governance and compliance.
