Job summary

RTX in Singapore seeks a seasoned Procurement Leader to drive indirect procurement strategy and governance for the Seletar relocation and ongoing projects. You will lead supplier negotiations, risk management and cost optimization while guiding the Indirect Procurement team to ensure efficient, compliant procurement support.

Your background includes 10+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in leadership, and proven capability in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, APICS CPIM, CSCP or equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progression in Procurement/Supply Chain with 5 years leading teams.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or highly regulated manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for procurement of non‑product goods and services.
• Develop, review, and implement procurement strategies, governance and processes.
• Ensure compliance with RTX policies including ethics, global trade, EH&S and supplier governance.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, negotiations, contracting, and risk management.
• Drive cost optimization, supply continuity, and strategic sourcing across Singapore Operations.
• Coach and develop the Indirect Procurement team and ensure timely procurement support.
