Job summary

Collins Aerospace Singapore is seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader to drive non-product procurement strategy and execution for Seletar Relocation and other RTX initiatives. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation while coaching the Indirect Procurement team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in procurement/supply chain, and at least 5 years in leadership. Experience in aerospace or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, APICS CPIM, CSCP or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management within manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing procurement teams, strategic sourcing initiatives, suppliers and/or complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading or supporting major capital projects, facility relocation, site transition or other complex transformation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for procurement of non-product goods and services for Singapore Operations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, governance, and processes aligned with RTX requirements.
• Lead acquisition planning, sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, and risk management.
• Drive supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and continuity of supply for major projects.
• Mentor and develop Indirect (Non-Product) Procurement team and ensure governance compliance.
