Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract execution. You will drive cost savings, governance, and risk mitigation across the organisation, aligning procurement with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, ERP proficiency, and a Diploma/Degree in SCM or engineering. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement experience with managerial exposure.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience with end-to-end tender processes and multi-site procurement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Co-lead policy reviews to reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier lifecycle, including qualification, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms and SLAs.
• Administer tender processes and participate in bid evaluations and award recommendations.
• Ensure contract terms are compliant and leading-edge, with timely renewals or renegotiations.
• Monitor procurement spend, achieving long-term cost savings and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other units to meet procurement needs.
