Job summary

YU GYO ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a procurement-focused professional to maintain purchasing policies, select suppliers, and manage SLAs and master agreements. The role includes inventory review, purchase order processing, and coordinating with Store to streamline work orders.

The successful candidate will ensure efficient use of company funds, maintain policy compliance, and monitor requisitions and supplier performance while aligning with HQ requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and procurement processes.
• Ability to maintain purchasing policies and ensure policy compliance.
• Experience in supplier evaluation and selection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the purchasing policy and ensure purchases adhere to it.
• Select suppliers and manage legal interactions with them.
• Oversee SLAs and master agreements with suppliers.
• Optimize working capital and avoid ties of funds in stock.
• Review inventories and place orders as required.
• Track billable quantities and control orders (BQs).
• Alert Management if requisitions exceed HQ approvals.
• Collate POs and requisitions for materials and supplies ordering.
• Coordinate with Store for better communication and work orders.
