Job summary

National University Polyclinics seeks an experienced professional to oversee Group Vendor & Contract Management (GVCM) for Surgical and Non-Clinical & Corporate groupings. You will lead procurement strategy, contract lifecycle oversight, and supplier performance initiatives across institutions to deliver value for money and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with clinical and corporate stakeholders to standardise processes, drive commercial optimisation, and support organisational priorities

Qualifications

• Degree in procurement, supply chain management, business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in leading teams and developing procurement and contract management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organisational boundaries and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of contract planning and strategy.
• Identify opportunities for group-wide demand aggregation, standardisation, and commercial optimisation.
• Monitor market developments, supplier trends, emerging technologies, and supply risks.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders on contract and commercial matters.
• Oversee procurement activities with robust, transparent processes and governance.
• Drive supplier performance, cost containment, and contract lifecycle management.
