Job summary

Airswift seeks a commercially minded Pricing & Incentive Analyst to support pricing execution, incentive program management, and analytics to drive profitability in Singapore.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights, maintain price lists, run market benchmarking, and monitor program ROI. The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field
• 3–5 years in pricing, commercial analytics, or related roles
• Experience in pricing decisions and incentive program stewardship is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy execution and updates across products and markets
• Manage incentive, rebate, and promotional program administration
• Develop dashboards and reports to track revenue, margin, and performance
• Ensure governance, controls, and data accuracy in pricing processes
