Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quotation Manager to lead pricing reviews, cost analysis, and bid support. You will bridge sales, operations, finance and product teams to drive deals and revenue growth, while researching market rates and competitive pricing to identify opportunities.

You will manage quotation workflows, maintain pricing databases, build costing models and present proposals to leadership. Strong Excel skills and logistics cost understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance or related field required.
• 2–5 years logistics / freight forwarding quotation experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to support bidding and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, lane managers and product teams to understand service features and cost structure, ensuring alignment with quotation requirements.
• Develop commercial pricing logic, margin thresholds and pricing guidelines to support deal differentiation, and execute commercial strategies.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals to leadership with timely, accurate delivery.
