Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Business Impact Manager for the APR BIT to support regional leadership and drive business priorities. You will coordinate practice management, PMO activities, and cross-functional projects, partnering with Partners and staff to improve processes and outcomes.

You will lead communications, prepare materials for meetings, and help implement best practices across Finance, KM, and Talent Analytics while supporting business development and client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in strategic project management.
• Extensive experience with high-level stakeholder management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Practice Management with day-to-day to-do items.
• Serve as central point of contact for Partners, staff and support functions.
• PMO responsibilities: track actions and follow-ups; support ad-hoc initiatives.
• Coordinate comms and materials for regional/global meetings and reporting.
• Drive special projects aligned to the Practice's strategic priorities.
• Access practice content, talent and capabilities for Partners and clients.
• Plan and drive internal practice meetings; manage calendars and agendas.
• Ensure compliance/best practices in MIS and objective setting.
• Collaborate with Finance, KM and Talent Analytics to produce MIS.
• Support business development and client opportunities; manage RFPs.
