Qualifications

4–6 years experience (Associate) or 7–10 years (Engagement Manager) in top-tier consulting, financial services or industry.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
Experience leading teams and managing workstreams in fast-paced environments.
Interest in AI/GenAI applications in finance and risk.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting teams on finance, risk and restructuring engagements, managing analyses, workstreams and project delivery.
Develop insights by translating analyses into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
Manage projects through effective planning, stakeholder management and coaching of junior team members.
Build client relationships by partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.
Deliver analytical excellence through financial, operational and risk analyses, leveraging GenAI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
Support client work across areas including finance transformation, enterprise risk, treasury, regulatory change, operational resilience and wider business transformation.
