Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a senior policy planning professional to drive TP-related strategies and manage CET programmes.

You will collaborate with SWDA divisions, MOE, and MOM, oversee policy drafts, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement; a 2-year contract with potential extension.

The role requires 3–5 years in operational policy planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operational policy planning and review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
• Ability to distil complex information and develop practical policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review strategies, policies, and programmes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement sessions with internal and external partners.
• Track progress, analyse data, prepare reports, and support system enhancements.
• Undertake additional duties to advance SWDA's CET objectives.
