Job summary

MCC Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a skilled Project Scheduler to support our construction programs in Singapore. This role focuses on detailed scheduling, baseline management, and proactive resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor milestones, analyze progress, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong documentation are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Ability to baseline schedules and monitor progress against benchmarks.
• Strong skills in coordinating resources and optimizing allocation.
• Experience tracking milestones, delays and resource utilization.
• Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to prepare and present progress reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project managers to determine resource requirements and ensure optimal allocation.
• Analyze resource usage and make recommendations for adjustments to meet project goals.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones, delays, and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site visits to gather data and assess the progress of construction activities.
• Identify potential risks and delays in the project timeline, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct impact analysis for changes in project scope or schedule, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, schedules, and forecasts to project management and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of schedule changes, delays, and mitigation measures taken.
