Job summary

National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Organisation Planning & Performance to drive the strategy planning, budgeting, and performance management cycle. You will coordinate annual planning and ensure priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical and written communication skills, meticulous organisation, and effective stakeholder management across all levels. You will also support leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the organisation's annual strategic planning, strategy review, work-planning, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
• Prepare regular management and performance reports for senior leadership, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
• Work with departments to facilitate timely data submission, clarify KPI definitions, and strengthen data quality for performance reporting.
• Support strategic communication efforts by coordinating materials for staff engagements and leadership communications related to organisational strategy and performance.
• Serve as secretariat or lead coordinator for management meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting papers, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Plan and coordinate management retreats and leadership engagement activities, including end-to-end logistics and follow-through, to support alignment and accountability.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and organisational initiatives as assigned by senior management.
