Veeco's Singapore operation seeks a Senior Manager, Planning & Master Scheduling to connect customer orders with factory execution in a highly complex environment. You will build the planning function, drive operational processes, and enable scalable growth across advanced semiconductor and related manufacturing tech.

The role emphasizes leading a team, optimizing master scheduling, and partnering with global operations to create executable long-range supply plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years in supply chain planning, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning.
5+ years leading planning or production-control teams.
Experience owning MPS and S&OP processes in complex manufacturing environments.
Experience using ERP and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Own the factory master production schedule and integrated demand plan, ensuring commitments, targets, capacity and material availability.
Lead cross-functional planning decisions balancing delivery performance, inventory, constraints and priorities.
Build and develop a high-performing planning and production-control organization with clear accountability.
Drive improvements in on-time delivery, schedule attainment, cycle time, and planning accuracy.
Lead new-product and product-transition planning while minimizing operational risk and financial exposure.
