Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager of Strategic Planning to join our Marketing / Business Strategy team. The role combines strategic, analytical, and communication skills with a business mindset, with a long-term view toward leadership roles within our gaming and hospitality segments.

Responsibilities include developing short and long-term plans for casino sales, delivering market analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth and budgeting efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of prior experience as a business analyst or corporate analyst preferred.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong marketing and database management understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short and long-term strategic plans for casino sales teams and track execution.
• Develop, execute, and disseminate market deliverables including performance analyses and monthly marketing overviews.
• Drive segment growth by understanding key source markets and pacing trends; refine reinvestment strategies.
