Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive and operationalise PSD's annual work planning strategy and processes.
• Lead engagements with Directors and workplan representatives for strategic alignment.
• Organise management retreats and townhalls to reflect on performance and set priorities.
• Conduct research on human capital, organisational development, and public service performance.
• Develop scorecards and dashboards to monitor progress and align initiatives.
