Job summary

DISCO HI-TEC (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a data analyst to collect, validate, and analyze data to generate insights. You will develop interactive dashboards and performance reports, monitor delivery and service operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and relevant programming languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude to manage both analytical and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for analysis and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and performance reports to monitor delivery, inventory, and service operations.
• Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop improvement initiatives.
• Implement corrective actions and track progress against targets to ensure achievement of desired outcomes.
• Monitor and follow up on action plans to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate business performance improvement activities as needed.
• Actively participate in corporate initiatives such as Management by Objectives (MBO), continuous improvement projects, and organizational development activities.
