Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the People & Culture function, guiding strategy across Talent Acquisition, HR operations and compliance in Singapore.

You will advise the Deputy CEO, develop workforce plans, lead performance cycles, and drive HR transformation while managing compensation, benefits and data analytics to support business growth. This role is based at Buona Vista with occasional work at Venus Drive, requiring strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• Minimum 6 years HR and payroll experience with team leader responsibilities.
• Experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Healthcare or service sector experience advantageous.
• Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and reviews.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development.
• Manage onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations and HR policies guidance.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects.
