Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry, healthcare institutions, and investors.
- Develop commercialization roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for SERI innovations.
- Coordinate IP protection, licensing, and technology transfer activities with stakeholders.
- Lead governance, COI reviews, and contract review processes.
- Prepare business cases, commercialization plans, and management papers.
