Job summary

You will collaborate with internal engineering, clinical and research partners, and external collaborators to build, schedule, and adopt the product effectively.

The role blends technical and coordinating duties, shaping the roadmap and supporting research collaborations from onboarding through execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Familiarity with software development processes and product lifecycles.
• Healthcare or digital health project experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate research, clinical, and user needs into clear product and technical requirements.
• Coordinate day-to-day product development with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support testing, iteration, and release planning aligned with timelines.
• Onboard clinical partners and collaborators, acting as primary contact.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Prepare proposals, product demos, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from proposal to execution.
• Assist with pilot project setup and coordination.
• Maintain project and partnership documentation.
• Ensure alignment between commitments, deliverables, and scope.
