Job summary

Trelynx is seeking an Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Programme to develop partnerships across community, corporate, social service and public sectors in Singapore. You will identify partners, coordinate initiatives and support delivery of community programmes and engagement activities.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in a related field, at least 2 years of partnership experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or programme management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Organisational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community organisations, social service agencies, schools, government agencies, foundations and other stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that support Trelynx's programmes and social impact.
• Lead outreach and engagement with potential partners, including proposals, presentations and partnership briefs.
• Develop, coordinate and support programmes, community initiatives, collaborations and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes are well-planned and delivered.
