Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a role to lead ops-collaboration partnerships for the Joint Intelligence Command (JIC). You will manage partnership requirements, coordinate partnership efforts, operational exchanges and workshops, and serve as the key coordinator to identify and drive collaboration between JIC and its partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and align JIC's strategic partnership plan with stakeholders.
• Develop frameworks to identify partnerships and drive technology collaboration and product development.
• Monitor, track, and report on partnership performance metrics.
• Organise and host delegation visits with established partners.
• Structure and develop partnership agreements for joint ventures.
