Job summary

Outward Bound Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Sector Development (Partnership) to lead engagement strategy for the Outdoor Adventure Education sector. You will build networks with practitioners, employers and public partners while coordinating cross-agency collaboration to uplift standards and safety.

In this role, you will provide research analyses, prepare reports for decision making and support the OAE Council with governance and communications.

Qualifications

• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in partnership building and relationship management.
• Exposure to strategic communications and public engagement is advantageous.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build networks and maintain connections with the OAE Community.
• Conceptualise and plan public education initiatives on OAE safety for the OAE Community.
• Monitor and execute all OAE-related physical and digital engagements with required resources.
• Provide summaries and insights of engagements to the OAE Council.
