FORSEED CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Education Programmes & Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of the company's education consulting and programme portfolio.

This senior role covers education programme strategy, client advisory, and partnership development in Singapore and regional markets. The successful candidate will work with students, families, education institutions, and external partners to design and deliver education solutions,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in education services, consulting, programme development, client management, or market development.
Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape and education pathways.
Demonstrated experience in education programme development and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to work with students, families, educational institutions, and education service providers.
Proven experience in business development, market development, or strategic partnership development.
Strong client relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently lead multiple programmes and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, and implementation of education consulting services and programmes.
Design education solutions and pathways for students, families, and partners.
Provide senior-level advisory on education pathways, programme selection, and student development.
Establish and manage strategic relationships with schools, providers, community organisations, and partners.
Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities to drive growth.
Oversee programme implementation and ensure high service quality.
Manage key client and partner relationships and resolve complex issues.
Monitor sector developments and translate trends into innovative programmes.
Support senior management in shaping education strategy and regional expansion plans.
