Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) seeks a driven Manager/Senior Manager to shape the ecosystem of career and employment services. You will work with leadership to define quality standards, support practitioner development, and foster collaborations with partners across intermediaries, TACs, IHLs, and service providers.

You will lead stakeholder conversations, translate monitoring insights into programme design, and drive continuous improvement of services aligning with SWDA's vision

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem or partnership development, stakeholder engagement, programme management or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with the career and employment services landscape in Singapore.
• Ability to identify synergies across diverse stakeholders and organisations.
• Creative in solutioning and able to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with partners.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication for engaging internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Genuine interest in career development and enabling access to quality services.
