Tiger Brokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations and Strategy Specialist to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and management decision-making for our Singapore entity.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
2+ years of relevant working experience with senior leadership.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly management meeting materials, presentations, and business updates for the CEO.
Consolidate cross-functional inputs, identify key discussion points, and track follow-up actions.
Support the CEO in developing business proposals, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
Conduct business performance analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
