Job summary

Feishu in Singapore is seeking a Business Operations and Strategy Specialist to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and management decision-making for the Singapore entity. The role requires strong business acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear insights, proposals, and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Mandarin a plus.
• Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly management meeting materials and updates for the CEO.
• Consolidate cross-functional inputs, track follow-up actions.
• Support business proposals, strategic recommendations, and presentations.
• Conduct performance analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Assist budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
