You will supervise daily operations, monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance retail brokerage growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years executive experience in strategy or regional management in financial services/fintech.
• Proven leadership in growth, cross-functional management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Partner with C-suite to drive priority initiatives and reporting.
• Align HQ and regional entities through governance and integration.
